2009: Thomson finished the season pacing the Huskies with a 6-5 record in his 13 starts and a team leading 69.2 innings pitched...walked on five batters all season while striking out 45...went the distance against Delaware striking out 11 and earning CAA Pitcher of the Week honors for a second time May 10 against Delaware...pitched seven and a third against Georgia State in the Huskies victory while striking out seven...earned his first save of the season and first save of his career against Fairfield in the Huskies 5-4 victory on March 3...pitched a complete game striking out seven in the Huskies 2-1 win versus Central Michigan March 6...named the CAA Pitcher of the Week on March 10 after his complete game victory and save.

2008:
Finished the season 5-4 with a 5.45 ERA and 39 strikeouts in a team-high 74-1/3 innings pitched...led the Huskies with four complete games and walked just 17 batters on the season for a team-best 2.06 walks per nine innings...picked up a complete-game win in his first outing of the season, giving up eight hits to go along with six strikeouts and just one walk...tossed his second straight complete game after going the distance in the Huskies' seven-inning contest against IPFW on Mar. 8...threw his third consecutive complete game to begin the season, allowing just four hits, one earned run and one walk in the Huskies' 5-3, seven-inning win at Delaware in game one of a doubleheader on March 15...earned a no-decision after throwing 7-2/3 innings of four-hit, four-run, one-walk, five-strikeout ball in NU's 5-4 setback at George Mason on March 22...improved to 4-1 after tossing his fourth complete game of the season, scattering nine hits and four runs while striking out three in NU's 6-4 win vs. UNC Wilmington April 6, ending the Seahawks' 21-game winning streak...earned a no-decision after going eight innings and allowing nine hits, three unearned runs and one walk to go along with six strikeouts in NU's 11-inning, 8-4 win vs. Towson April 19...earned a gritty win after allowing 14 hits, but just four runs over seven innings in the Huskies' 10-4 win at William & Mary May 9.

2007: Finished the season at an even 5-5 with a 4.38 ERA, walking just nine batters over 74 innings in his first year as a starter...named CAA Pitcher of the Week twice...pitched 1-2/3 scoreless innings of relief to pick up the win in the Huskies’ regular season-opener against Indiana-Purdue March 3...improved to 2-0 on the season after throwing eight innings of four-hit, one-run baseball against Bowling Green March 5...struck out four and allowed two earned runs over 7-2/3 innings in the Huskies’ 9-3 win at James Madison April 7...improved to 4-2 on the season after allowing two runs and striking out four in a complete-game effort at Winthrop April 13...struck out four and allowed six hits and no walks over 8-1/3 innings in NU’s 3-2, 11-inning defeat at UNC Wilmington May 5...in his final outing of the season, pitched a two-hit, six-strikeout shutout, without surrendering a walk in the Huskies’ seven-inning, 4-0 win vs. VCU May 19.

2006: Appeared in 16 games, including eight trips to the mound...pitched two scoreless innings against James Madison...threw two shutout innings at Connecticut...went 1-2 with two RBI and pitched an inning of scoreless relief against George Mason.

2005: Played in 10 games before an arm injury ended his season...in his debut for the Huskies, tossed seven innings and allowed only four hits and two runs, earning a no-decision in NU’s 3-2 loss to Mount St. Mary’s.

High School: Named the 2004 BCPBL Pitcher of the Year…selected to the Canadian Junior National Team…threw a no-hitter against Ontario during the National tournament in 2003…had a 15-strikeout game against Quebec in the National semifinals in 2003…recorded 16 strikeouts against Ontario during National Semifinals in 2001…a member of the AAA Provisional Championship team from 1999-2003.

Personal: Born Feb. 20, 1986…majoring in Business…North Delta Secondary School Student of the Year in 2000 and 2001…maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout high school…Class of 2009.
