Broderick, a two-time NFHCA Div. I All-American and two-time NFCHA Northeast All-Region selection, was the 2003 recipient of the Jeanne Rowlands Award, which is presented to the top female senior scholar-athlete at Northeastern University. She played in 86 games for the Huskies, amassing 34 goals and 16 assists for 84 points. She ranks ninth on the NU career points list and 10th in career goals. Broderick also was a member of the NFHCA Academic All-American squad and finished with a cumulative grade point average of 3.31.

2001: Played and started every game...led NU with 12 goals and 31 points...also had seven assists on the season...named America East Offensive Player of the Year...selected to the U.S. Under-23 National Team...named first team All-American and Northeastern Region All-American as well...earned America East Player of the Week honors three times during the season...had a point in each of the first seven games of the season...had first career hat trick against Massachusetts Sept. 3, kicking off a five-game goal scoring streak...had a goal at Princeton Sept. 7...scored the overtime game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over Syracuse Sept. 9...helped NU to a 3-0 win over Boston College Sept. 19 with a goal...had the overtime game-winning goal against Boston University Sept. 22...had a pair of assists at Towson Sept. 28...finished the season with at least one point in five of the last seven games...had two goals versus Albany Oct. 19...had a goal against Maine Oct. 21...assisted on Kelly Williams’ double overtime game-winning goal at Vermont Oct. 24...had a great America East Championship with two goals and three assists in the two games and was named to the All-Tournament Team...scored NU’s first goal and assisted on the game-winner in the first round victory over Maine Nov. 2...scored the game-winner and had two assists in the championship game victory over Delaware Nov. 4.
2000: Played and started all 20 games…second on the team in assists (8), goals (7) and points (22)…netted two game-winning goals…had a career-best six-point game against Quinnipiac Sept. 16 with two goals and two assists…recorded a pair of assists against Boston College Sept. 20…had a goal and an assist against Towson Sept. 24…scored game-winning goal at Maine Oct. 14…had an assist and the game-winner in a 2-1 victory in season finale versus Holy Cross Oct. 27...named to the NFHCA All-Academic team.
1999: Started 19 of 20 games and had four goals.
High School: Earned four letters in field hockey at Harwich High, receiving All-Star honors from the league and the Cape Cod Times each year...led the team to three league titles in four seasons...Boston Globe All-Scholastic and Cape Cod Chronicle Offensive Player of the Year as a senior...earned two letters each in softball and track.
