To put it simply, Brady is a winner and a leader. After NU got off to a 1-4 start in 2001, Brady, a true freshman, was given the keys to the offense and led the Huskies to a 4-2 record in their final six games. The success continued into his sophomore season, when he started all 13 games of a 10-3 season, guiding the Huskies to a share of their first Atlantic 10 title and first NCAA berth. He directed Northeastern to an 8-4 campaign in 2003, giving him an impressive 21-9 record as a starter. Finished his career with a record of 26-15. Brady’s biggest asset is his ability to avoid mistakes, as his 3.2 interception percentage (27 INTs in 847 attempts) is easily the best in school history. He finished his career as NU's all-time leader in touchdown passes (54).
