Sarah Gigantino
Football Operations/Administrative Assistant

Alma mater: James Madison '04

Sarah Gigantino is in her third season as the football operations/administrative assistant for the Huskies, and she is an important cog in the team’s day-to-day operations. She handles travel coordination, recruiting events and publishes the Husky Football Newsletter.

Gigantino has also been involved in community events at Northeastern, organizing the team’s Bone Marrow Drive and assisting with numerous golf tournaments and fundraising activities.

Prior to coming to Northeastern, Gigantino worked in the athletics department at Maryland and for the Campus Recreation Center at Georgia Tech. She also was an intern with the New York Jets college scouting department and with the James Madison football team.

Gigantino received a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Sport Management from James Madison in 2004 and earned her master’s degree in Sports Administration from Georgia State in 2006. Her father, Greg, is the defensive coordinator at Bryant.
