2008: Played in all 12 games as the punter...made 52 punts for an average of 40.3 yards, which ranks second in NU single-season history...hit 11 punts inside the 20...named to the CAA Football Academic All-Conference team...punted nine times for an average of 41.1 yards, including a 52-yarder, at Ball State (Aug. 28)...boomed a 55-yard punt at Georgia Southern (Sept. 13)...nailed a 59-yard punt inside the 20 at Syracuse (Sept. 20)...made seven punts and got three inside the 20 against UC Davis (Sept. 27)...punted twice for an average of 48 yards and also threw a 14-yard pass to Tony Torres on a fake punt against Villanova (Nov. 1)...averaged 44.5 yards a punt and hit two inside the 20 at William & Mary (Nov. 8).
2007: Played in all 11 games as the punter...averaged 39.4 yards per punt, fifth-best in NU history...had four punts of 50 yards or more...boomed a 60-yard punt that was downed at the five at Northwestern (Sept. 1)...made five punts, two of which were downed inside the opponent 20 against Northwestern State (Sept. 15)...punted six times for a total of 236 yards, including a 47-yarder, at UC Davis (Sept. 22)...had a career-long 65 yard punt, and punted eight times for 336 yards, an average of 42.0 per punt, against Maine (Oct. 27)...hit a 52-yard punt and put two inside the 20 vs. Hofstra (Nov. 10).
2006: Appeared in all 11 games...had six receptions for 74 yards and made 14 kickoffs for the Huskies...caught a career-long, 25-yard pass vs. New Hampshire...completed a 56-yard pass to Alex Broomfield on an option play to set up a Husky TD at Hofstra...handled the team’s kickoff duties for the final two weeks of the season...for the track & field team, was runner-up in the javelin, placed eighth in the decathlon and anchored the third-place 4x100-meter relay at the CAA Championship.
2005: Redshirt season...for the track & field team, placed fifth in the decathlon, sixth in the javelin and ran on the fourth-place 4x100 relay team at the CAA Championship.
High School: Played three years of football as a wide receiver, kicker and safety at Bishop Feehan High School...named Boston Globe 2A Player of the Year...received Boston Herald All-Scholastic, Sun Chronicle All-Star and Eastern Athletic Conference All-Star honors...helped Bishop Feehan to four straight state championships...played hockey for three years and ran track for four, captaining each team once...set the school record in the 55-meter dash and was a member of the record-setting 4x100-meter and 4x200-meter relays...state champ in the 110-meter hurdles in 2005.
Personal: Born Oct. 13, 1986...also a member of the NU track team as a decathlete...majoring in Communications...Class of 2010.
