Named second team Sports Network All-America and third team Associated Press All-America...joined Steve Kives as the only Huskies ever to receive first team All-Atlantic 10 honors as juniors...also named All-New England...NU’s Most Valuable Defensive Player...led the Atlantic 10 and was eighth in Div. IAA with eight interceptions, the fifth-best season total in NU history...second on the team in tackles with 97...had seven double-figure tackle games, including a six-game stretch when he averaged 11.2 tackles per game...helped lead NU to its first-ever win against a Div. IA opponent, at Connecticut; with NU trailing 27-22, he ran back an interception 15 yards for a TD that put NU ahead to stay early in the fourth quarter...named A10 Defensive Player of the Week and CFAA IAA National Defensive Player of the Week after the UConn game...recorded first career multi-interception game the following week at Delaware, while adding 12 tackles...also made a dozen tackles against Villanova on Homecoming and had an interception, returning it 32 yards for a TD; blocked an extra point as well...won the James Thornton Memorial Award as NU’s Homecoming MVP...picked off two passes against Rhode Island, capping five-week stretch in which he nabbed six interceptions...now NU’s all-time leader in interception returns for TDs with three...increased string of consecutive starts to 24...has never missed a game in his career.

Played all 11 games as a true freshman...had 32 tackles, 17 unassisted...had one interception and returned it 24 yards for a TD at Maine; also had 10 tackles at Maine en route to Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honors.
High School: Played basketball, baseball and football at Paterson Eastside High, captaining each team, while attending Rosa Parks School, a performing arts institution...named All-League as a junior and senior...selected All-County and All-State as a senior...set a school record in basketball with 10 three-pointers in one game.
