2008: Played in 10 games, making one start at wide receiver...also saw time on special teams...had 11 receptions for 192 yards on the year...caught a 37-yard touchdown pass from John Sperrazza in a 35-17 win at Towson (Oct. 4)...it was his first career catch...connected with Anthony Orio on an 80-yard touchdown pass against Massachusetts (Oct. 11)...made three catches at Hofstra (Nov. 15).
Before NU: Spent three seasons at Connecticut, playing in 10 games, mainly on special teams...played two varsity seasons at Willingboro High School under head coach Nelson Hayspell...captained team one season...named All-State and All-Conference in 2004...also named to the All-South Jersey All-Star game...his team was conference champ three years in a row from 2002-04...also ran track at Willingboro for one season.
Personal: Born April 27, 1986...graduated from Connecticut with a bachelor's degree in Sociology in May 2008...now enrolled in the Master of Sports Leadership program at Northeastern...hopes for a career in the NFL or as a sports personal trainer...father, Robert, was a defensive back at Washington and for the Oakland Raiders of the NFL...Class of 2010.
