2007-08: Played in all 37 games, posting a career-high 20 points on 10 goals and 10 assists...played at both left wing and center...Huskies Radio Award winner as NU’s most exciting player during radio broadcasts...scored NU’s first two goals of the season in the Huskies’ 3-2 overtime win over Providence on Oct. 19...named Hockey East Player of the Week on Oct. 22...scored a power-play goal in Northeastern’s 4-1 win over No. 6 New Hampshire at the Whittemore Center on Nov. 16...notched assists on both of Steve Silva’s goals in NU’s 2-1 win over UMass Lowell on Nov. 17...assisted on one of Silva’s two goals in a 4-3 win over Brown on Nov. 30 at Matthews Arena...in the Badger Hockey Showdown Dec. 28-29, assisted on Louis Liotti’s game-winning goal in the Huskies’ 4-3 win over Bowling Green then scored the game-winning goal in NU’s 2-1 win over Colgate...scored the game-winner in NU’s 4-2 victory at Merrimack on Feb. 8...scored twice and had an assist in NU’s 5-4 loss to BU in the Beanpot consolation...assisted on Kyle Kraemer’s goal in NU’s 2-1 win over Vermont in the Hockey East Quarterfinals on March 15.
2006-07: Played in 30 games, posting a 6-8-14 scoring line...scored his first goal of the season in a 5-0 win over Union on Oct. 21...recorded two assists at New Hampshire on Nov. 3...named to the UConn Hockey Classic All-Tournament team after scoring two goals and adding an assist in two games Dec. 29-30...made a perfect pass to Jimmy Russo, who scored the game-winner in overtime against UMass Lowell on Jan. 20...had a goal and an assist in consecutive games in a win and a tie against Providence Feb. 16-17...scored the first goal of the game in the Huskies’ loss to Boston College in the Hockey East Quarterfinals March 9.
2005-06: Played in 27 games and was one of NU’s top forwards...had a team-best 10 goals...10-6-16 scoring line...also had 23 penalties for 68 minutes...second among league rookies with nine goals in Hockey East games...recorded first collegiate point on Oct. 22 with an assist on Brian Deeth’s goal in a 1-1 tie with Boston College in front of a sold-out Matthews Arena crowd...scored his first three goals in a span of 7:44 in the second period of a 6-4 loss to New Hampshire on Nov. 4...it was NU’s first hat trick since Mike Ryan in 2001-02 and the first hat trick by a freshman in a Hockey East game since 1999-2000...named Hockey East Co-Rookie of the Week...scored NU’s third goal in 3-3 tie at New Hampshire on Nov. 27...scored in a 3-3 tie at Merrimack on Dec. 3...potted an extra-attacker goal with eight seconds remaining in a 4-3 loss to Boston College on Jan. 6...netted his eighth goal of the season on a power play in a 2-1 loss to UMass Lowell...scored a game-tying, extra attacker goal and also had an assist in NU’s 2-2 tie at Merrimack on Feb. 3; named Hockey East Rookie of the Week for that effort...scored a delayed-penalty goal and assisted on Brian Deeth’s goal in a 6-4 win over UMass Lowell on Feb. 10...missed the final seven games with a knee injury.
Before NU:Played for the Boston Jr. Bruins of the EJHL for three seasons...team won two EJHL regular season titles and an EJHL Tournament title...team MVP...led the Jr. Bruins in scoring in 2004-05 with 36 goals and 22 assists for 58 points...team went 45-12-9...had a scoring line of 41-27-68 for the Jr. Bruins in 2003-04 to lead the team in scoring...in his first season with the Jr. Bruins in 2002-03, scored 45 points on 23 goals and 22 assists...played in the Under-14-17 USA Hockey Festivals...also played soccer and lacrosse at Milford High for one season each...received the Milford High School Excellence Award.
