Notes: Before crossing the Charles River yesterday to play Harvard, the Huskies had lost six straight games. Northeastern's last victory was in Detroit when Bosnian sophomore Almir Djurdjevic scored three goals in four minutes en route to a 5-1 shellacking of the University of Detroit. Contributing another incredible performance yesterday, to end the Crimson's three game winning streak, Djurdjevic scored two of NU's three goals. Freshman Michael Donnelly of Northumberland, England, added the game-winner, it was his first collegiate goal. The Huskies look to win their first America East Conference game, next Friday against Vermont.
