Northeastern got a win from Dan Anderson in the pole vault at the Patriot Open Invitational on Saturday in Fairfax, Va. Anderson cleared 15'3. Jonathan Hall took second in the 400 hurdles in 53.42 and Andrew Staples placed third in the high jump, clearing 6'6.75. Freshman Brian Racca triple jumped 45'11.5 to place sixth. Northeastern next competes in the IC4A Championship at Princeton May 16-18.

Huskies fifth at CAA Championship
Senior Ed Reardon won the discus and took second in the hammer on Friday and sophomore Adrian Li won the high jump on Saturday to lead Northeastern to a fifth-place finish in the CAA Championship in Williamsburg, Va. The Huskies got third-place finishes from Jonathan Hall (400 hurdles), Andrew Staples (high jump) and Dan Anderson (pole vault).

Huskies compete at Brown
Five Husky athletes competed in the Brown Springtime Invitational on April 27 in Smithtown, R.I. Freshman Pablo Rodriguez was NU's top finisher with a second-place showing in the pole vault (14'3.25). In the throws, Ed Reardon took third in the discus (147'6), Michael Page took 10th in the shot put (40'4) and Alex Iannetta took 11th in the hammer (143'11). On the track, Tom Brown took 13th in the 800 with a time of 1:58.99.

Huskies win six in Solomon Invitational
Northeastern won six events in the Solomon Husky Invitational, NU's final home meet of the season on Saturday at Solomon Track. On the track, John Griffin won the 100 (11.11), Cord Parks won the 110 hurdles (15.10) and NU won the 4x100 relay (42.98). In the field events, Adrian Li won the long jump (21'9), Pablo Rodriguez won the pole vault (14'0) and Ed Reardon won the discus (160'1).

Huskies compete at Florida Relays
Northeastern had a partial squad competing in the Pepsi Florida Relays on Friday and Saturday in Gainesville, Fla. Sophomore Jordan Thull was the Huskies' top finisher, placing sixth in the "A" section of the pole vault with a height of 15'7. In the "B" section of the pole vault, Dan Anderson placed fifth, clearing 15'3. Ed Reardon took second in the "B" section of the discus (147'1) and on the track, Jonathan Hall took 24th in the 400 hurdles (54.82).
