2004-05: Indoors, placed fifth in the 55 hurdles (7.76) at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 16...finished first in the 55 hurdles (7.77) at the BU Invitational on Feb. 5...finished second in the 55 hurdles (7.61) at the America East Championships...finished second in the 55 hurdles (7.59) at the New England Championships...outdoors, competed in the 110 hurdles (15.05) at the Hurricane Invitational on March 19...finished second in the 110 hurdles (14.79) and 400 hurdles (58.07) at the Snowflake Classic on March 26...took third in the 110 hurdles (14.87) and fourth in the 400 hurdles (55.96) at the Connecticut Open April 9...placed third in both the 110 hurdles (14.73) and the 400 hurdles (56.66) at the Brown Invitational April 16...grabbed second in the 110 hurdles (14.78) and fourth in the 400 hurdles (57.50) at the Solomon Husky Invitational April 23...won the 110 hurdles (14.59) and also nabbed eighth in the 400 hurdles (58.78) at the America East Championship in Binghamton, N.Y...took fifth in the 110 hurdles (14.25) at the IC4A Championship Princeton, N.J.

2003-04: Posted three wins in the hurdles during the indoor season...ran a breakthrough time of 7.71 to win the 55 hurdles at the Boston University Five-Way meet...won the 55 hurdles (7.66) at the America East Championship...placed fifth in the 55 hurdles (7.74) at the New England Championship...ran a personal-best 7.57 to advance to the semifinals of the 55 hurdles at the IC4A Championship...had a spectacular outdoor season...won the 110 hurdles (14.35) and took fourth in the 400 hurdles (56.32) at the Solomon Husky Invitational...won the 110 hurdles (14.39) at the America East Championship...ran a career-best 14.28 in the trials and took second in the finals (14.47) of the 110 hurdles at the New England Championship...placed eighth in the 110 hurdles at the IC4A Championship and took 22nd at the NCAA East Regional Championship.

2002-03: During the indoor season, was fifth in the 55 hurdles (7.91) at the America East Championship...a week later at the New England Championship, placed seventh in the 55 hurdles in a time of 7.80 and ran on the fifth-place 4x400 relay (3:18.62)...outdoors, at the America East Championship, placed second in the 110 hurdles (14.70), took fifth in the 400 hurdles (55.68) and ran a leg of the fourth-place 4x400 relay...at the New England Championship, ran on the 4x100 relay team that finished fourth (42.86)...placed 17th in the hurdles at the IC4A Championship.

2001-02: Indoors, took eighth in the 55 hurdles and ran on the fourth-place 4x400 relay at the America East Championship...opened the outdoor season with a time of 14.91 in the 110 hurdles at the Florida State Relays...took sixth in the 110 hurdles (15.01) at the America East Championship...placed seventh in the 110 hurdles (15.11) at the New England Championship...ran a time of 14.98 in the 110 hurdles at the IC4A Championship.

High School: Competed in soccer and track for three years and was captain of both...was section 9 and Orange County League champ in the 55 hurdles, 110 hurdles, and 400 hurdles...was third in the 55 hurdles, sixth in the 110 hurdles and sixth in the mile relay at the New York Federation meet his senior year...named Pine Bush Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year as a senior...National Honor Society member...received Sojourner Truth Minority Achievement Award.
