2008-09: Opened the indoor season with a runner-up finish in the 500-meter (1:04.56) at the Husky Winter Carnival...won the 800 in 1:59.01 at the RCC Tigers All-Comers Meet...sixth in the 800 in 1:57.50 at the Dartmouth Relays...fifth in the 500-meter in 1:04.52 at the Great Dane Classic...placed third in the 400 (50.02) at the Boston Indoor Games...at the Battle of Beantown, dominated the 500 by nearly two seconds with a time of 1:04.18 and ran a strong leg on the third-place 4x400 relay...eighth in the 500 at the New England Championship...outdoors, began the season with a runner-up finish in the 400-meter hurdles (55.02) at the Seahawk Invitational...runner-up in the 400 hurdles (53.90) at the USF Quad Meet...won the 400-meter hurdles in a time of 54.90 at the Skyhawk Invitational...at the CAA Championship, won the 400-meter hurdles in a time of 52.82 after falling in the preliminaries the day before; also ran on the fourth-place 4x100 relay...won the 400 hurdles in 52.71 at the New England Championship...ran a personal-best of 52.59 in the 400-meter hurdles to place 10th in the preliminaries at the IC4A Championship.
2007-08: Indoors, fourth in the 500 (1:06.12) at the Husky Winter Carnival...took fourth in the 400 (51.18) at the Dartmouth Relays...won the 500 (1:05.17) and ran on the third-place 4x400 relay at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games...won the 500 (1:06.45) and ran on the runner-up 4x400 relay (3:24.51) at the Battle of Beantown...ran the 400 (49.67) at the Valentine's Invitational...took third in the 500 in a career-best 1:03.78 at the New England Championship...outdoors, third in the 400 hurdles (54.45) at the Seahawk Invitational...fifth in the 400 hurdles (54.34) at the Florida State Relays...24th in the 400 hurdles (54.82) at the Florida Relays...at the CAA Championship, ran a breakthrough 53.14 in the preliminaries of the 400 hurdles, then placed third in the finals in 53.54; ran on the third-place 4x400 relay (3:20.08)...runner-up in the 400 hurdles (53.42) at the Patriot Open Invitational.
2006-07: Took second in the 500 in his collegiate debut, runing a time of 1:06.88 at the Husky Winter Carnival...finished third in the 500 (1:04.32) at the Great Dane Classic in New York City...finished second in the 500 (1:05.17) at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games on Jan. 26...took fourth in the 500 in 1:04.25 at the New England Championship...outdoors, took runner-up honors at the Northeastern Spring Open with a time of 56.10 in the 400 hurdles...placed second in the 400 hurdles in a time of 54.61 at the Snowflake Classic...finished took third in the 400 hurdles in a season-best 54.22 and ran on the third-place 4x400 relay at the CAA Championship...won the 400 hurdles (55.31) at the Brown Springtime Invitational.
High School: Four-year member of track & field team...also ran cross country and played soccer...captained track team three years and cross country team two years...indoor conference, division and county champion...placed second in the state championship and third in the federation championship outdoors...set school record in the 400 hurdles...team was conference champ in 2002-03 and 2005-06.
