2008-09: Placed 63rd in his first cross country meet of the year, the UMass Dartmouth Invitational, with a time of 26:29...65th at the George Mason Invitational with a time of 25:07...ran a time of 27:06 to place 183rd at the New England Championship...indoors, placed third in the 1000 meter run (2:36.11) at the Husky Winter Carnival...placed ninth in the 1000 meter run (2:34.17) at the Great Dane Classic...took fourth in the 800 meter run (1:56.40) at the Boston Indoor Games...took second in the 800 meter run (1:56.24) at the Battle of Beantown...helped the Huskies to a 14th place finish in the men's distance medley (10:30.93) and took 26th in the 800 meter run (1:56.72), at the New England Championship.

2006-07: During the cross country season, placed 22nd in 28:58 at the Boston University Invitational...ran a 28:11 at the New England Championship...placed 48th in 28:32 at the Delaware Invitational...placed 78th (28:21) at the CAA Championship...indoors, ran a 4:34.06 mile, good for 13th, at the Husky Winter Carnival...20th in the 800 (2:01.77) at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games...fourth in the 1,000 with a time of 2:36.38 at the Harvard Select Meet...redshirted the outdoor season.
High School: Ran four years of cross country and four years of track & field at Vernon-Verona-Sherrill, captaining both teams three times...named track & field team MVP in 2006...Tri-Valley League champ in the 800 in 2006 and Section III champ in the 4x800 in 2005 and '06.
