The Three C's
Northeastern is committed to providing an environment that helps student-athletes achieve academically, socially and athletically. It's the three C's of Northeastern athletics:

• Community Involvement.
• Competitive Excellence.
In the 2002-03 athletics season, NU's student-athletes had some remarkable accomplishments. They recorded a collective GPA of just under 3.0, while also continuing to donate time to an array of local service projects, youth clinics and camps. On the playing fields, there simply was no better season in Northeastern history: a school-record seven teams won conference titles, including four that made the NCAA postseason.
