The Northeastern volleyball team defeated America East opponent Maine 3-0 on Sunday afternoon in Orono. NU won in three straight games, 30-18, 30-19 and 30-28.
With the victory the Huskies improve to 11-13 overall and 3-1 in league action, while Maine falls to 6-17 on the season and 0-4 in conference play.
Leading the way for Northeastern was freshman Larissa Adomat (12 kills), while senior Lindsay Wagner added 10 kills and 13 digs.
Next up for NU is Binghamton on Friday night at 7 p.m. at Solomon Court.
